

Our Stress Relief Breathwork Class is for those who feel stuck in "on" mode and need a reliable way to downshift. We keep the focus on nervous system regulation, using breathing patterns that calm the body, quiet mental noise, and create a sense of grounded presence.
You will practice slow, extended exhales, gentle rhythmic breathing, and simple holds that send a clear signal of safety to your brain. We move at a comfortable pace, with clear cues and plenty of reassurance, so you never feel out of your depth.
This class is especially helpful in the evenings or after demanding days when your body is tired but your mind will not turn off. Over time, many clients notice better sleep, less reactivity, and a stronger ability to handle daily stress.
